Thank you for visiting and shopping on our website. We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with our products. But if you want to return it, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (the date listed on the receipt).
If you want to cancel the order before delivery, please contact us in time within 24h to help you cancel.
Return Policy After Shipment
1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
We only accept products in their original condition, we cannot process any product that is returned without our prior knowledge.
Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals and documentation, and must be in resaleable condition to receive an allowable refund.
All returned items will be inspected. When we receive the returned package and confirm that there is no problem with the product, we will process the refund.
2. Wrong item sent: Once we confirm that the wrong item is sent (the item sent is different from the item ordered), we will be responsible for the replacement and postage. You can also return the product for a full refund including postage.
3. Quality issues
If an item is found to be defective, including the wrong style, wrong color, damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us with evidence and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or we will arrange for a reissue. We will not refund any money if we find the item to be free of any defects or misused.
Errors due to customer's own specifications:
In the event of a customer making or specifying a wrong size/color that does not fit when purchasing our product, the customer will not be eligible for a refund in such circumstances.
We do not accept return requests for products you have received because you subjectively believe that the product may not be exactly the same as your requested changes to the item's original style, as we will strictly follow your order.
We do not accept returns that you are not satisfied with and do not have our return authorization. We are not responsible for refunds and do not accept disputes over packages that you lost during the return process without a return authorization.
